About me

Hi, I am a budding front-end developer at the beginning of her career. I'm currently working for a French company in the telecommunication field where I maintain Linux-based servers, troubleshooting problems according to procedures and escalating the other, more difficult cases.

I studied Applied Languages: French and English with Translation Programme at the University of Silesia, where I finished my Bachelor's degree with a dissertation in linguistics.

I share my remaining free time between a few hobbies: exercising to counteract my sedentary lifestyle, playing squash and video games alike (I'm a fan of mostly single-players RPGs and cozy games such as Stardew Valley), and participating in popculture. Recently I've taken up crocheting and created a few soft plushies (notably a reindeer, a turtle, and a fox). I aim to keep polishing the languages I already know, but not well enough for my liking: French on a solid B1 level and Italian, which I understand very well but can't seem to find the words to express myself in. I wish to also learn digital painting - I drew a lot as a kid and even got a graphic tablet for my 12th birthday, but it's been sitting forgotten on my shelf ever since.
